Itinerary
Day 1, SUNDAY
- Casablanca Airport/Rabat
Upon arrival at Casablanca, you will be welcomed, assisted
and transferred to join your group for the sightseeing of
Casablanca, the business capital of
Morocco, with an external visit of Hassan II, the great mosque.
Next, stroll along the Aïn Diab corniche while enjoying
lunch†. Depart to Rabat for a visit of the administrative
capital of Morocco with the splendid Mohamed V Mausoleum.
Late in the afternoon, check-in at the hotel. Enjoy dinner
and your overnight stay. (B+D)
Day 2, MONDAY - Rabat/Meknes/Fez
After breakfast, depart to Fez to visit the Roman ruins of
Volubilis and the sacred town of Moulay Idriss. Continue to
Meknes, enjoy lunch† and then visit the city known as
“The Moroccan Versailes” which was founded at
the end of the 17th Century by Moulay Ismali. The sightseeing
of Mekneswill includes Bab Mansour, the most preserved gate
in Marocco, Hari Souani and the old medina. Arrival to Fez,
dinner and overnight stay at the hotel. (B+D)
Day 3, TUESDAY - Fez
The whole day is devoted to the sightseeing of Fez, the most
ancient, cultural, and spiritual city of Morocco. Visit the
medieval medina, the medersas, the Karaouine mosque and the
famous Nejjarine fountain. Lunch† and the continuation
of the visit through the old medina where you will see different
craftsmen still operating in the old oriental tradition. Return
to hotel for dinner and your overnight stay. (B+D)
Day 4, WEDNESDAY - Fez/Midelt/Erfoud
Early departure to Midelt via Azrou before enjoying an independent
lunch† and continuing through Midelt, the Ziz river
and a series of fortified villages. Arrival in Erfoud and
check-in at the hotel. Dinner and accommodation. Optional:
Excursion by Land Rover to Merzouga dunes. (B+D)
Day 5, THURSDAY - Erfoud/Tineghir/Ouarzazate
Enjoy breakfast before departing to Tineghir via Rissani.Visit
the ruins of Ksar Abbar and travel through the Tinjdad road.
Arrive at the Todra Gorges, known for their impressive escarpments.
Enjoy an independent lunch† before continuing to Ouarzazate
via El Kelâa M’gouna and the Dades Valley. Arrival
to Ouarzazate, dinner and accommodation at the hotel. (B+D)
Day 6, FRIDAY - Ouarzazate/Aït/Benhaddou/Marrakesh
After breakfast, visit Ouarzazate, containing Tifoultout and
Taourirt Kasbahs, then depart to the village of Aït Ben
Haddou. Following lunch†, visit the ruins of the ancient
kasbah before continuing to Marrakesh via the Tiz-In-Tichka
pass (2260m of altitude) and Taddert. Check-in at the hotel,
dinner and overnight. (B+D)
Day 7, SATURDAY - Marrakesh
The entire day will be spent visiting Marrakesh, the second
oldest imperial city, known as the "Pearl of the South"
with the Saadian tombs, the Koutoubia, the Bahia Palace and
the Menara gardens. After lunch† in the afternoon, visit
the souks, the winding little streets and the Djemaâ
El Fna place with its various non-stop entertainment: storytellers,
snake charmers, fire-eaters and more. Return to the hotel
for dinner and overnight. (B+D)
Day 8, SUNDAY- Marrakesh/ Essaouira
After breakfast depart to Essaouira, ex. Mogador via Chichaoua.
After an independent lunch†, tour the city which is
a typical Portuguese harbour with fine examples of both Moorish
and Portuguese art. Dinner and overnight at the hotel. (B+D)
Day 9, MONDAY - Essaouira/Oualidia/Casablanca
After breakfast, depart to Casablanca via El Jadida with a
stop at El Oualidia. After lunch† continue along the
atlantic coast to reach El Jadida for an orientation tour.
Arrival to Casablanca, Check-in at the hotel, dinner and overnight.

Day 10, TUESDAY - Casablanca/Airport
After breakfast, departure transfer to Mohamed V airport for
return flight and assistance to the boarding formalities.
