We've picked Egypt & Israel for our vacation in Dec 2012. Right from the beginning I started dealing with Sally and was encouraged based on her interest And initiative to do the trip with GM Tours. For a month of phone calls & emails starting as early as 8 in the morning and midnight, I have had the most awesome trip set for me. We have done Egypt, Israel & Jordan in 20 odd days exclusively and exhaustively and at such a competitive price, it was well worth the effort and time. My agent Sally has given me so many personal pointers and advise it was really a pleaseure doing this trip with her and I am already working on my next one thru GMT with her. We have had the best tour guides and vehicles all thru and I totally trust Sally when she says a certain hotel in a certain city is good or mediocre. Certainly her perspective on what to eat or buy and what to avoid were helpful. I am a demanding traveler and so a patient agent is what I look for and certainly Sally has it in spades.
